摘　　要：介绍了精密椭圆焊管的孔型设计方法,包括产品尺寸及公差要求,采用先成圆后变异的设计思路,讨论了轧辊孔型设计。精确计算了圆管变异后各架次孔型尺寸,并说明了轧辊结构设计方法和本设计的关键点。经用户检测,用该孔型设计的轧辊所生产的椭圆焊管尺寸与形状公差均满足相关标准的要求。This article introduced pass design of precision ellipse welded pipe,including product dimension and tolerance demand, adopting firstly form shape from round to rectangular design idea to discuss roll pass design. It accurately calculated each sortie pass dimension and introduced roll structure design method and its key points. Detection by customs proved ellipse welded pipe and shape tolerance both meet requirements of corresponding standards.
