摘　　要：目的:采用HPLC法测定决明降脂片中维生素C的含量。方法:色谱柱为大连依利特Hypersil BDS C18柱(4.6mm×200mm,5μm),流动相为1%磷酸,流速为0.8ml/min,检测波长为244nm。结果:维生素C的线性范围为0.089～0.801μg(r=1.0000),平均回收率为99.99%,RSD为0.08%。结论:本法操作简便、方法准确、重现性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。Objective： To establish a method for the determination of Vitamin C in Jueming Jiangzhi Tablets. Methods： A Hypersil BDS C18 column（4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm） was used with a mobile phase of 1% phosphoric acid, the flow rate was 0.8 ml/min, the detection wavelength was set at 244 nm. Results： The standard curves was linear in the rang of 0.089- 0.801 μg（r=1.000 0）, the average recovery was 99.99% with a RSD of 0.08%. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and is suitable for quality control of this tablets.
