摘　　要：介绍了箔材真空退火设备的技术性能及结构特点。应用磁性流体密封技术解决了高真空动密封问题,成功研制了耐高温铸钢结构式料架,解决了高温状态材料热处理校型等技术难点。The technical function and design feature of foil vacuum annealing furnace are introduced. Using magnetic fluid sealing technology, the problem of high vacuum dynamic seal is solved, the high-temperature resistant cast steel structural frame is successfully developed and technical difficulties such as high-temperature condition material heat treatment emendation are solved.
