摘　　要：国内首次开发并投入生产的新型全自动化两辊高速冷轧管机采用多台交流伺服电机进行多点驱动和多轴同步联动的方式实现回转送进,用两个芯棒卡盘和管坯卡盘交替工作实现连续上料、送进和轧制,采用双轴扇形块惯性力平衡系统实现高速轧制。该轧机产量高,产品精度好,整体装备水平达到国际先进水平。This article introduces the structure and feature of the new-type fully-automatic high speed 2-roll cold pilger mill that has been developed and put into industrial production in China for the first time. This mill uses many sets of AC servo motors to realize turning/feeding movement by multi-point driving and multi-axial synchronized driving modes. Two sets of mandrel chucks and two sets of tube blank chucks work alternately to realize the continuous loading, feeding and rolling. The dual-spindle and sector block inertial force balancing system is used to realize high speed rolling. The mill is of high productivity and high precision. The overall equipment level reaches the international advanced level.
