宫腹腔镜联合诊治妇科疾病的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨应用腹腔镜联合宫腔镜诊断和治疗妇科疾病的临床价值。方法对42例妇科疾病患者采用腹腔镜联合宫腔镜进行诊治的临床资料进行回顾性分析,评价宫、腹腔镜联合手术的方法及效果。结果42例患者均在宫腔和腹腔内实施了2种或2种以上的手术操作,所有手术均顺利完成,术中术后未发生因联合手术而引起的严重并发症,患者预后良好,症状消失,月经恢复正常,部分患者已妊娠。结论宫腔镜联合腹腔镜诊治妇科疾病具有创伤小、恢复快等优点,解决了单纯宫腔镜或腹腔镜治疗妇科疾病局限性,尤其是在不孕症患者的诊治中具有较大优势,诊治同步,缩短住院时间。只要掌握好适应证,宫腹腔镜联合手术能安全有效地运用于大部分妇科疾病。Objective To study the clinical application value of laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy operation in the treatment of gynecologic diseases. Methods The clinical data of 42 cases of laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy operations was analysed retro- spectively. To evaluate of the surgical methods and effect in hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy operation. Results All operations were successful. In 42 cases of patients with intra abdominal and cavity of uterus and the implementation of two kinds or more than two kinds of operation. During and after surgery, serious complications have not been caused. Patients with good prognosis, the symptoms disappeared, menstruation returned to normal, some patients have been pregnant. Conclusion Compared with open operation in patients with less trauma and rapid recovery, fewer complications, Hysteroscopic and laparoscopie surgery solve a simple laparoscopic and hysteroscopic treatment of gynecological diseases limitations, especially in patients with the diagnosis and treatment of infertility has great advantages. The hysteroscopic and laparoscopie surgery can be safely and effectively applied to the majority of gynecological diseases.
