摘　　要：目的总结可塑形跟骨钛钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析自2004年1月至2007年12月SandersⅡ-Ⅳ型跟骨骨折18例,治疗采用手术切开复位并用可塑性钛钢板进行固定。结果所有病例均获随访,按Maryland足部评分系统评价术后功能,本组18例骨折中,优10例,良6例,改善2例,优良率88.89%。结论手术切开复位,钛钢板内固定治疗SandersⅡ-Ⅳ型跟骨骨折是一种有效的治疗方法。Objective To Summary the Clinical results of the application of open reduction and plasticity titanium plate in the treatment of calcaneal fracture. Methods A retrospective analysis of Ⅱ-Ⅳ Sanders 18 cases of calcaneal fracture patients treated by open reduction and plasticity titanium plate fixation in our hospital from Jan. 2004 to Dec. 2007was carried out. Results All patients were followed -up by Maryland foot score postoperative functional evaluation system,Among the 18 cases, excellent 10 cases, good in 6 cases, improvement in 2 cases ,excellent rate was 88.89%. Conclusion Open reduction surgery, titanium plate fixation for the treat - ment of Sanders Ⅱ-Ⅳ -calcaneal fractures is an effective method.
