摘 要:在^(14)C测定年代的工作中,采用液体闪烁技术测量标本碳的放射性时,需将标本中适宜测定年代的碳,在保证不受其它碳的污染的条件下,通过一系列化学过程制备成乙炔,再在催化剂作用下,用乙炔聚合成苯。根据制备方法的不同可分为钙法。The preparation of acetylene by means of magnesium method andlithium method, the chemical fundamental of the making of benzeneusing the catalysts of CiO_3-AL_2 O_3D-Sio and the process are inrtod-uced in the paper. The advantage and the shortcoming of the bothmethods are compared. The result indicates that the operaion is sim- ple with lithium method and the preparation of the sample isconvenient, the sample is not polluted easily by air, the rateof production is high,the method is safe and reliable, but thecost is high, it has a dange to be poisoned,The measure cost is low withmagnesium method,but the rate of production is low, the processis long, the sample is polluted easily by air and there is a dangeof exploration, so it is believed that magnesium method is advancedthan lithium method in C^(14)dating.
