摘　　要：从2G、3G的关系定位出发,对2G、3G协调发展过程中终端、拐点等问题结合案例进行细致分析,并对2G网络后续发展演进进行研究,提出3G时代下2G网络发展策略等相关建议,为运营商制定网络发展规划和投资决策提供相应参考。It analyzes the relationship orientation of 2G and 3G, and gives a detailed analysis on the issues of terminals and inflection in the cooperating development of 2G and 3G, researches the evolution of 2G networks, presents related suggestions on the development strategy of 2G networks in the 3G era, to provide reference for the operators to make net- work development planning and investment decision.
