摘 要:使用工业上生产玻化砖所需的高岭土、粘土、长石、石英等原料,确定出生产玻化砖的最佳矿物组分配比。烧成后,在不同的冷却速度下冷却,XRD显示晶相组成主要是莫来石相和石英相,25℃/min的速度冷却,衍射线强度最大,晶型发育完全;SEM表明冷却速度25℃/min时,砖坯内气泡和裂纹数量最少,晶相中有纤维状晶须形成,砖坯抗折强度最大。对砖坯表面抛光,可以使表面润湿角降低5%~20%,防污能力增强,抗折强度增加11%~17%。The vitreous tiles in this study are made from the materials using in the industrialization, including kaolin clay, feldspar, quartz after we confirmed the best component. The tiles are sintered and refrigerated at different rates. The XRD results show that the major crystal constitutes are mullite and quartz, and the result is the best at 25℃/min rate; The SEM tests show that the tile has the highest intensity, the least amounts of air holes and cracks at 25℃/min rate, because fibriform crystalloids formed in the tile. The ability of pollute -resistion is boosted up, the intensity is added by 11%-17%, and the wetting-angle on the tile's surface is reduced by 5%-20% after polishing.
