旅游业转型升级研究——以黄山市为例

摘　　要：全面推进旅游业转型升级是当前我国旅游业一项战略性工作。文章以安徽省黄山市为例,通过对我国旅游业转型升级的背景和黄山市旅游业转型升级的必要性进行分析,针对黄山市旅游业发展现状和制约因素,提出转型升级的要求及整合旅游资源、调整产品结构,优化旅游产业结构、提升企业竞争力,完善旅游设施、营造优良环境,加强旅游人才队伍建设、加快技术创新等推动黄山市旅游业转型升级的措施。It is a strategic work to comprehensively promote the transformation and upgrading of tourism in China. Taking Huangshan City as an example, this paper analyzes the background of China＇s tourism transformation and upgrading, and the necessity of that in Huangshan City. Aiming at the current developing situation and restraint factors, it proposes the need of transformation and upgrading and also the measures, including integrating tourist resources, adjusting product structures, optimizing tourist industry structures, enhancing enterprise competitiveness, improving tourist facilities, creating desirable environment, strengthening tourist personnel and speeding up technological innovations.
