通络解毒健脾滋阴法治疗慢喉痹的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察通络解毒健脾滋阴法治疗慢喉痹的临床疗效。方法将195例慢喉痹患者随机分为治疗组98例和对照组97例,治疗组治以通络解毒健脾滋阴法,予自制蜜炼柴灵膏,每次10～15mL,每日3次含服。对照组予银黄含化片,每次2片,每日3次含服。2组均15日为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程,观察2组疗效及症状改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为91.8%,对照组总有效率为63.9%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治愈所用时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通络解毒健脾滋阴法治疗慢喉痹具有较好的疗效,同时表明煎膏剂在治疗咽喉病方面的优势。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects and explore the mechanism of therapy of unblocking collateral disintoxicating and enriching the spleen and yin on the treatment chronic pharyngitis. Methods 195 patients with chronic pharyngitis were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the treatment group. The patients in control group （ n = 97） were treated by Yinhuang buccal tablets, 2 tablets, thrice a day. The patients in treatment group （ n = 98） were treated by therapy of unblocking collateral disintoxicating and enriching the spleen and yin （Milianchailing paste, 10 - 15ml, thrice a day）. The effect and improvement of sign and syndrome were observed after three courses in two groups. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group （91.8%） was obviously higher than that in control group （63.9%, P 〈 0. 05 ）. The curing time in treatment group was shorter than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The therapy of unblocking collateral disintoxicating and enriching the spleen and yin therapy has definite effect on the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.
