摘　　要：这种基于快速成型技术的精铸紫铜电极的制备工艺,借助激光测量系统和反向工程技术,以实现对自由曲面零件模具电极的快速制造为目标,通过快速成型技术,得到电极的树脂原型,并运用有限元模拟手段对氧化锆电极型壳的焙烧过程进行模拟,有效地预防型壳的开裂,进而快速地制造电火花加工的电极。This rapid prototyping technique based precision cast copper electrode preparation process,using laser measurement system and reverse engineering technology is used to achieve the Rapid Manufacturing of die electrode parts with free-form surface.Through rapid prototyping technology, the electrode resin proto,type can be got and the use of FE simulation of zirconia-based shell electrode baking process can prevent the shell cracking. EDM electrodes can be more rapidly manufactured.
