从明东胜卫到蒙古妥妥城

摘　　要：明东胜卫位于今内蒙古托克托县,为防御北元—蒙古而设,地理位置重要,初设于洪武四年,因明朝军事失利,五年即撤。随着明朝军事力量加强,洪武二十五六年再设东胜卫。此后明朝有意南缩防线,永乐元年将东胜卫内徙河北。东胜卫的兴废典型地反映了逐渐形成的明蒙以长城为界南北对峙的情况。长期以来学界对东胜卫的设立时间和地点看法不同,本文做了新的考证。东胜卫旧地后来成为蒙古土默特部恰台吉的驻地,称妥妥城,本文进一步论证了妥妥城是以恰台吉的本名脱脱命名的,揭示了他的生平、驻地,以及他在明蒙关系等事务中的作用,认为他的名字被当作地名沿用了四百余年,是对这位历史人物的珍贵纪念。The Dongsheng Wei of the Ming Dynasty located in the present Togtoh County,Inner Mongolia.As a strategic point,it was built to against the Northern Yuan in 1371 and abandoned in the next year because the military reverse.While the Ming had more powerful military force,Dongsheng Wei was built in the 1392 again.In the 1403,the Ming moved Dongsheng Wei into Hebei.The rise and decline of Dongsheng Wei was a typical example how the confrontation limited by the Great Wall between the Ming and Mongolian was evolve.This paper verifies when and where the Dongsheng Wei was built.The old location of Dongsheng Wei became the seat of the Tumd Qiy-a Tayiji and was called as To toqa city City.This paper points out the city was named by the Tayiji's original name and discusses his life and seat,as well as the role that he played in the Ming and Mongol relationship.It is a valuable memory for the Qiy-a Tayiji that his name was used as a place name for more than 400 years.
