木槿种子萌发特性及其子代性状的变异

摘  要:为给木槿的资源开发及遗传改良工作提供依据,本研究对13个家系木槿的繁殖特性、生长特性和开花特性进行了研究。结果发现:不同家系种子千粒重、发芽率以及家系子代扦插生根率、生根数、株高、基径、开花株率方面均存在显著差异,进行家系选择有效。开花株率与基径间,生根率与基径间以及生根率与发芽率之间呈明显正相关,其他性状之间相关性不明显。对发芽率进行家系选择其效果优于对千粒重、发芽势和扦插生根率的家系选择;对扦插生根率进行单株选择的效果优于家系选择;无论是家系选择还是单株选择,对株高的选择效果均优于对基径的选择;无论是株高还是基径,单株选择的效果都优于家系选择。通过多指标聚类分析,将7个家系分成3类,并分类描述了各类家系的生殖、生长能力。In order to provide a basis for genetic improvement and resource development of Hibiscus syriacus, propagation, growth and flowering characteristics of 13 families were analyzed in the paper. The result indicated that there were significant differences in 1 000-seed weight and germination rate among families. Rooting rate, rooting number, stem height, base diameter and blossoming rate were also significantly different. So, family selection will get positive results. There was significant positive correlation between blossoming rate and base diameter, rooting rate and base diameter, rooting rate and germination rate. But the correlation among other characters was not signifi- cant. Coefficient of variation analys is showed that family selection by germination rate was better than that by 1 000-seed weight, germination potential and rooting rate, but individual selection by rooting rate was better than family selection. Based on both family selection and individual selection, the results of stemheight selection were better than those of base diameter selection. The results of individual selection were better than those of family selection by both stem height and base diameter selection. By the multiple indicator cluster, 7 Hibiscus families were divided into 3 groups. The propagation and growth characteristics of each groups were also described.
