摘  要:介绍了一种新型的液压-机械复合传动压力机的工作原理,给出了相应的力学计算公式,并分析了其技术特性。该压力机由于采用了无杆活塞式液压缸与滚动高副双边铰杆-杠杆串联增力机构,不仅刚性好,力传递效率高,且在液压缸直径及输出力一定的条件下,能显著降低系统工作压力。In this paper we introduce the working principle of a new kind of hydraulic-mechanical driving press and give out the corresponding mechanics calculating formulae. The technical characteristics of this new press machine are analyzed. This press is composed by a hi-bar toggle-lever force amplifier in series based on rolling higher pair and rod-less piston cylinder. It is not only have good rigidity but also have high efficiency power transfer. We can observably reduce the hydraulic system pressure compared with the traditional hydraulic driving press when the diameter of the cylinder and the output force are determined.
