摘 要:采用Agilent TC-C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,在254 nm波长下对15批不同产地和不同品种的金银花进行测定,建立了金银花的高效液相色谱指纹图谱。采用程度相似度计算法结合聚类分析对15批金银花所共有的15个特征峰进行比较分析,从而对其质量和品质进行评价,判定结果与实际情况相吻合。通过实验方法学考察,表明该高效液相色谱指纹图谱法具有良好的精密度和重现性。该方法准确、可行,为金银花药材的质量控制提供实验依据。It is to establish the fingerprint chromatogram by HPLC. Using acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid as mobile phase with gradient elution, the fifteen batches of flos loniceraes from the fifteen different producing area were determined at 254 nm on Agilent TC - C18 column. The extent similarity algorithm was adopted in combination with the clustering analysis to study the fifteen flos lonicerae's fifteen characteristic common peaks,and to evaluate the quality of flos lonicerae. The identification results showed that it accorded with reality. The HPLC fingerprint showed that this method had a good precision and repeatability, and it is an credible and efficient method for identify the quality of flos lonicerae.
