摘　　要：传统的城市绿地系统规划仅仅为城市中心区绿地系统规划,随着《城市绿地系统规划编制纲要》(试行)的出台,市域绿地系统规划成了城市绿地系统规划中的重要内容.运用城市绿地系统规划和环境保护规划的基本原理,以城市自然基质、承载能力及新的市域城镇空间格局为基础,选择适合于市域的生态结构模式,构建市域生态节点、生态廊道和城市绿化隔离带三位一体的市域生态体系.从市域生态环境的角度,完善"一点、一线、两翼"及整个区域生态协调性,形成市域城乡生态的良性循环.同时,根据各区域生态敏感性程度的不同,进行控制性规划并采取相应的保护措施.The traditional urban green space system planning is only for the green space system planning ot the central city area, with the＂ The Planning of Urban Green Space System For Establishment Summary （Trial Edition） ＂appearing, Urban Green Space System planing become an important contant of city Green Space System planing. Using the basic principles of the city green space planning and environment protect, taking the nature culture, carrying capacity and new city spatial layout of city as the basis, we select the suitable ecological structure, formulat the city territory ecological-system with the city ecological node, ecological corridor, urban greenbelt, perfect ＂one node, one line, two zones＂ and the whole area ecological coordination, form the virtuous circle of the city ter- ritory urban and rural ecological, promot the sustainable development of the city. At the same time, according to the regional ecological sensitivity of the different levels, we can control the planning and take appropriate protective measures.
