针布齿条高速轧机轧辊损伤分析及其对策

摘　　要：为了提高金属针布齿条坯片的轧制质量,必须要求轧辊具有较好的质量和精度。归纳了硬质合金轧辊损伤、失效的形式及其形貌,分析了其损伤和失效的诱因,从轧辊材质、拆装、修磨、检测、润滑、轧制工艺、轧头配合精度、轧机操作规范及技巧等方面总结了减少轧辊损伤的措施,着重指出降低轧辊消耗是降低高轧成本的关键所在,轧辊修护和轧机操作细节、润滑条件、轧头结构及精度是减少其损伤的关键。In order to upgrade the bowling quality of the blank sheet of the wire clothing, it is necessary to have a quality and precision bowling roller. Analysis is done to the bowling roller defection, failure and the appearance of the bowling roller with hard alloy including the inducement to the defection and the failure. The counter-measures are introduced including materials, assembling and disassembling, grinding, inspection,lubrication, bowling process, bowling head configuration, operation regulation of the bowling roller. Highlight is given to the fact that lowering the consumption of the bowling roller is key to lowering cost of the bowling operation,and bowling roller maintenance and details of the operation, lubrication condition, bowling head structure and the precision are key to lowering failure of bowling roller
