摘  要:以硝基甲烷为液体炸药,利用柱面滑移爆轰装置,采用炸药外爆方式向45钢材料中传入冲击波。X射线衍射仪进行物相组成分析、扫描电镜进行冲击后的断口形貌分析、金相显微镜和HV显微硬度仪观察冲击处理前后45钢微观组织结构和显微硬度的变化。结果表明,爆炸冲击波使45钢样品发生更完整的再结晶,并引起45钢内部铁素体与珠光体发生塑性变形,且在珠光体内有可能产生孪晶;爆炸冲击波对45钢硬度也起到一定的改善作用。Explosive shock waves were introduced into 45-steel materials by external explosion of nitromethane as liquid explosive on cylinder slippage detonation device. The composition and fracture appearance after explosive shock were analyzed with X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope, respectively. The changes of microstructure and microhardness of 45-steel before and after explosive shock were observed with metallurgical microscope and HV microhardness meter. The results indicated that the explosive shock wave made 45-steel more complete recrystallization, resulting in the plastic deformation of ferrite and pearlite in the sample. Moreover, the twin crystal may be appear in pearlite. In conclusion, the hardness of 45-steel was improved by explosive shock wave.
