摘 要:以硫酸铈(Ⅳ)为引发剂使淀粉、丙烯酰胺、磺酸基单体LS在水介质中反应,制得了接枝共聚物SALS,考察了SALS作为油井水泥降滤失剂的性能。以实验水泥浆75℃下API滤失量为考察指标,得到最佳制备条件为:淀粉、丙烯酰胺质量比1:3,催化剂、LS用量0.5%、0.1%(以淀粉、丙烯酰胺总质量计),反应温度52℃,反应时间8小时。加入0.4%SALS的实验水泥浆,75℃下API滤失量降至10mL;加入0.44%SALS的配方水泥浆120℃、7.5MPa滤失量为32mL;SALS加量由0.1%增至0.6%时,实验水泥浆75℃下的n值由0.90降至0.71,K值由0.123增至0.879mPa.sn;加入SALS后实验水泥浆析水率降为0;加入0.2%~0.6%SALS使60℃、90℃养护24小时的抗压强度略有降低,但分别>16MPa、24MPa;120℃稠化时间143min,稠化曲线呈直角状,加入缓凝剂可延长稠化时间;SALS与各产地G级油井水泥和各种外加剂的配伍性良好。A Starch-graft-copolymer, SALS, was synthesized from starch (St), acrylamide (AM), and sulfo monomer LS in aqueous medium at the presence of initiator ceric sulfate. According to the API filtrate loss (FL) determinations at 75℃ for a copolymerizate treated experimental cement slurry(ECS) ,the optimal parameters of synthesis were established:St to AM mass ratio 1: 3;dosages of ceric sulfate and LS 0. 5 % and 0. 1% of total mass of St + AM, respectively; reaction temperature 52℃ ; and reaction time 8 hrs. For the ECS treated by 0. 4% SALS,the API FL at 75℃ was of 10 mL;for a formulated cement slurry with 0. 44% of SALS introduced,the FL at 120℃ and 7.5 MPa was of 32 mL. The n value of the ECS decreased from 0. 90 to 0.71 and its K value increased from 0. 123 to 0. 879 mFa·s^n when SALS dosage increased from 1% to 0. 6% ;the water separation of the ECS became zero with SALS introduced;the compression strength of the ECS cured at 60~C or 90℃ in 24 hrs was slightly dropped down to no less than 16 MPa or 24 hrs when 0. 2---0. 6% of SALS was introduced ;the thickening time at 120℃ of the SALS treated ECS was of 143 min ,which might be prolonged controllably by adding a set retarder, and the thickening curve was rectangle shaped. Filtrate loss reducer SALS was well compatible with G grade oilwell cement of different origin and various oilweU cement additives.
