摘 要:以丙烯酰胺、少量疏水单体N-十二烷基丙烯酰胺(AMC12)和极性单体2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲级丙磺酸(AMPS)为原料,采用胶束水溶液共聚合方法合成了耐温抗盐三元共聚物NKP。实验研究了三元共聚物NKP的耐温抗盐性能和抗剪切性能并进行了驱油效果评价。用模拟矿化水(矿化度24500mg/L,钙镁离子665mg/L)配制浓度1500mg/L的NKP溶液,溶液黏度在80℃、剪切速率7.341/s条件下测定,可以达到25.5mPa.s,经过高速剪切后,迅速降至20.5mPa.s,静置10min后升至24.2mPa.s,保留率为95%,该溶液经过30天老化后(80℃),黏度保留率为82.8%。在80℃下非均质人造岩心驱油实验中,注入1PVNKP溶液提高采收率12.3%。与相对分子质量为2500万的HPAM相比,NKP耐温抗盐性能好,抗剪切性能优异,高温驱油效率较高。A terpolymer for EOR, notated as NKP, was synthesized from acrylamide with a little amount of hydrophohie monomer Ndodecyl acrylamide and polar monomer 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-propanesulfonic acid via micellar polymerization in aqueous medium and evaluated in laboratory for its temperature resistance, salt tolerance, and oil displacement efficiency. For an NKP solution of concentration 1500 mg/L and prepared in an artificial mineralized water of TSD =24. 5 g/L and Ca^2+ + Mg^2+ concentration 665 rag/L, the viscosity at 80℃ and 7. 34 1/s Was determined to be of 25.5 mPa·s,dropped rapidly to 20. 5 mPa·s after intensively shearing and recovefied to 24. 2 mPa.s, i. e. 95% of its initial value, in 10 minutes of standing. This NKP solution maintained 82. 8% of initial viscosity after 30 day's ageing at 80℃. In an oil displacement experiment on artificial heterogeneous sandstone core at 80℃, an enhancement in oil recovery of 12.5% was observed as a result of injecting 1 PV of NKP solution. NKP showed higher temperature resistance and salt tolerance,exellent shear resistance and higher oil displacement efficiancy in comparison with a polymer HPAM of molar mass 2.5 × 107.
