摘　　要：综述了国内外有关油田化学剂及材料的现有标准。国际/国外部分介绍了ISO、API、ASTM及其他机构的有关标准,总结了这些标准的特点。国内部分介绍了石油工业标准化委员会和其他部门编制的共8项国家标准及100项石油天然气行业标准;行业标准按基础类(4项)、方法类(51项)、产品类(45项)列表,后两类共96项,包括钻完钻液材料与化学剂标准(40项)、油气开采与提高采收率用化学剂标准(48项)及集输储运化学剂标准(8项),讨论了国内标准的适用性、与国外标准的差别、存在的问题包括企业标准问题及改进建议。The current situation of standardization was reviewed for the oiffield chemicals and materials in a broader sense as generally recognized in China. The standards, norms, recommended practices of international and foreign institutions such as ISO,API,ASTM and others were introduced with their features stated. As for the domestic publications, 8 relevant state standards, worked out by both petroleum and non-petroleum institutions ,and 100 oil/gas industry trade standards with serial code SY were introduced ;the laters were presented in 3 tables ：4 items of general aspect ; 51 items for testing; and 45 items for chemicals and materials meanwhile the trade standards in the last 2 tables concerned chemicals and materials for drilling and completion fluids, 40 items, chemicals for oil/gas production and enhanced recovery,48 items, and oil/gas gathering, storage, and transportation, 8 items. The applicability, differences from international/foreign standards, shortcomings and problems of, in particular, enterprise standards, and counter measures were discussed for domestic standards.
