摘 要:利用4-硝基邻苯二甲腈的亲核取代反应合成了6种邻苯二甲腈衍生物。FT-IR1、H-NMR、DSC和TGA对化合物的结构和热性能进行了表征。带羟基邻苯二甲腈类衍生物在高温区都存在自加速热聚合行为,其自加速热聚合活性与羟基和邻苯二甲腈单元的比例密切相关,且羟基比例越高,反应活性越强。Six novd phthalonitrile derivatives were synthesized via a nudeophilie displacement of 4- nitrophthalonitrile and phenolic derivatives. The structures of these phthalonitrile-based compounds were confirmed by FT-IR and ^1H-NMR and thermal behaviors were studied by DSC and TGA. Phthalonitrile derivatives containing hydroxyl groups all thermally cured in high temperature region. The re.activities of the thermally self-promoted curing behaviors of phthalonitrile derivatives have a causal relationship with the existence hydroxyl groups, and correlate with the ratio of the numbers of hydroxy groups to that of phthalonitrile units in one molecule. Higher ratio corresponds to higher reactivity of the compounds.
