摘  要:纳米耐磨复合涂层是在纳米聚合物复合材料基础上发展起来的一种新型涂层。文中重点介绍了纳米材料减摩抗磨机理,概述了纳米粒子对耐磨复合材料的影响因素、纳米耐磨涂层的制备方法及应用,指出了纳米耐磨复合涂层存在的问题和发展方向。Polymer matrix nano composite materials have excellent optical, mechanical, thermal and tribologieal properties, which attract somebody's interests in the material field recently. The nano abrasion resistance composite film is a new kind of film based on the existential properties of materials mentioned above, and facing wide development prospects. In this paper, the friction-reducing and wear-resistant mechanism of nano materials was reviewed in detail; the influential factors of nano-particles on abrasion resistance composite materials, the preparation of nano abrasion resistant films and its application have been briefly introduced. Finally, the future direction in research of nano abrasion resistant films was expected.
