早期快速膀胱冲洗对前列腺切除术后膀胱痉挛影响的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨早期快速膀胱冲洗对改善前列腺切除术后患者膀胱痉挛发作效果。方法随机纳入58例因良性前列腺增生行耻骨上经膀胱前列腺切除术患者，术后随机入组。其中实验组30例，对照组28例。两组均采用室温生理盐水冲洗，其中实验组在术后2h完全开放冲洗管路，持续冲洗，2h后减慢速度，随冲洗液颜色调整速度。对照组滴速维持80～120滴／min。观察膀胱痉挛发作情况及发作频率。结果患者于术后2h开始发作膀胱痉挛，实验组膀胱痉挛发生率及痉挛发作频率显著少于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论前列腺切除术后早期快速膀胱冲洗能改善耻骨上经膀胱前列腺切除患者术后膀胱痉挛发作。Objective To investigate the effect of earlier bladder washing for cystospasm in the case after prostatectomy. Methods Randomly,58 in-patients with BPH after suprapubicprostatectomy were divided into observation group （n = 30） and control group （suprapubicprostatectomy, n = 28）. After surgery, normal saline at room temperature were used as Bladder washings among all cases for bladder washing, the patients in observation group were gave continuous washing with washing pipe completely open in the first 2 hours of post-Prostatectomy, then to slow down, with the fluid color adjust. In the control group, the speed of bladder irrigation maintained 80 -120 drop/min, the incidence and frequency of eystospasm between the two group were observed. Results 2 hours later after Prostatectomy, cystospasm were emerged among the patients, the incidence and frequency of bladder spasm in observation group were significantly lower than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Bladder washing with- high-speed in the earlierly is good for Prevention patients after from cystospasm.
