摘  要:连铸工作过程中火焰切割机不能正常工作或火焰切割枪发生意外故障时,需要用事故割枪进行应急切割,同时抓紧恢复。分析了重型事故割枪的火焰切割机理,对其进气装置、调节装置、割炬装置等进行了设计。该割枪主要在连铸设备发生故障时使用,是连铸机工作时的必备配件,也可用于人工切割(50~300)mm中厚度钢材。During continuous casting working,flame cutting machine can't work in normal or flame gun breaks down in accident,cutting gun in accident needs be repaired peremptorily,and grasp to resume at the same time. The mechanism of flame cutting for heavy cutting gun in accident was analyzed,and its inlet-gas device,control device and cutting torch device are designed. The cutting gun is mainly used in failure of continuous casting machine,and is a essential accessories when continuous casting machine works ,and also can be used in cutting for steel products with moderate thickness of (50-300) mm.
