摘　　要：运用作业测定中的模特排时法,对某公司装配线流程和节拍进行了详细的测定与分析,指出该工段在任务分配、操作方法、标准时间等方面存在的问题,并在此基础上,运用动作经济原则进行改善,并对改进前后的方案进行了对比分析,实践证明改进效果明显。With the MOD method in work measurement,the flow process and rhythm on assembly line in any company are measured and analyzed carefully and problems of the working distribution,operation ways,working hour in the streamline are point out. According to the economical actions,the paper presents an improvement to the above-mentioned. Through the contrast and analysis between old and new project,it proves the improvement in effect is very obvious.
