摘　　要：在锤头材料方面,选择高铬合金作为锤头的材料,经热处理后,其抗磨性能高、韧性好、使用寿命长,是一种较为理想的锤头材料;在锤头质量方面,根据锤头动力学分析和破碎的能量条件,导出了锤头质量的计算公式(15),为锤头质量的确定提供了一定的理论依据。In the matter of hammer material,choose the high chrome metal alloy as hammer material,after hot processing, its anti- whets function high,tenacity good,life long,it is a kind of more ideal hammer material. In the matter of hammer quality,according as the hammer dynamics analysis and the broken up energy condition,led the calculation formula （15） of hammer quality,provided a certain theories basis for the assurance of hammer quality.
