含螺栓预紧力的汽车钢圈强度分析

摘　　要：考虑到螺栓预紧力对汽车钢圈的弯曲强度有一定影响,采用了预紧力单元与节点耦合相结合的方法,在有限元软件中建立了钢圈含螺栓预紧力作用的有限元模型,并利用Von Mises公式进行了强度分析,最后将分析结果与实验结果进行了比较。结果表明含螺栓预紧力作用的有限元模型较好地反映了汽车钢圈的真实工况。Considering some influence of bolt pretension with the strength of automotive steel wheel,finite element model of steel wheel with bolt is constructed by the combination of prets 179 and node coupling. Then,the strength analysis is carried through byVon Mises rule. Lastly,the calculation is compared with the test. It is shown that the finite element model of steel wheel with bolt is in agreed with the actual situation of automative steel wheel.
