摘  要:介绍一种高精度凹球面零件冷成形技术,该零件成形精度高,断面缩减率大,且存在回弹变形。尤其是成形后,为克服回弹抱合力,需要较大的脱模顶出力,结果造成模芯经常断裂,通过对成形工艺模拟分析,并对模芯断裂和顶出变形分析,将模芯的台阶结构改进为尾锥面配合结构,使模芯断裂处承受三向受压应力状态,很好解决模芯断裂问题,提高模具寿命,有效保护模具和保证一次成形实现,其研究具有较高的应用价值。It introduces a kind of cold forming technology about high-precision concave spherical parts whose precision is high and reducing rate of section is great. The resilience out of its shape exists. Especially after formed,it needs greater ejecting force of demould in order to overcome the resilience's cohesive forces. As a result it always leads to the fact that the die's core fravture. It solves the fracture problem of the core whose life is spanned,protect the die with analyzing the simulation of forming technology,analyzing fracture of die's core and deformation of push-out,improving,cooperating the structure mould step structure of die's core for tail conical surface ,make die core fracture place bear three to pigeonhole into the stress state. It guarantees to form and realize once effectively which has higher using value.
