摘 要:对热处理后的热浸镀铝钢进行研究,采用金相法对其显微组织进行分析,采用冲刷磨损试验、腐蚀试验及高温氧化试验对其进行性能测试分析。耐磨试验和腐蚀试验表明:钢经渗铝后,其合金相硬度较高,具有较好的耐磨性,合金层表面的渗层对基体起到了阴极保护作用,提高了其耐腐蚀性能。高温氧化实验结果表明:渗铝钢抗高温氧化性能远远优于碳钢基体,与不锈钢的抗高温氧化性能相当。The property tests of hot dipping aluminizing after annealing were discussed. The microscopic structure was analyzed by the metallography method, and the property of hot dipping aluminizing layer was tested by the erosion resistance tests, anticorrosion properties tests and high temperature oxidization tests. The erosion resistance tests and anticorrosion properties tests showed the alloy layer of the erosion resistance of the hot-dipping aluminizing coating was good because of the high hardness of the alloy layer, and the layer on the alloy coating made the effect of cathodic protection on the substrate which improved the anticorrosion properties of the steel. High temperature oxidization tests showed that the anti-oxidization properties of pure Al aluminized steel were much better than the substrate, equal to that of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel.
