摘 要:激光熔覆技术是近几十年来迅速发展起来的一种高新表面改性技术,为工程材料制备耐磨、耐蚀及耐热的表面涂层开辟了广阔的应用前景。系统地介绍了激光表面熔覆纯陶瓷涂层、金属基陶瓷复合涂层、生物陶瓷涂层及自生陶瓷涂层的研究现状和发展前景;并根据熔覆材料与基材的匹配要求及激光熔覆陶瓷涂层过程中产生的相关问题设计了陶瓷涂层的选择原则,为陶瓷材料的选择提供了参考。Laser cladding technology, as an advanced surface modification technology, has been developed rapidly in recent tens years. The current status and developing prospects of laser cladding about ceramic coating were described, which includes pure-ceramic coating, compound coating, biologic ceramic coating and autogenous ceramic coating. Some principles for designing of ceramic coating were summarized, according to the matching demands between cladding materials and substrate and problems of the laser cladding process.
