摘 要:为延长连铸结晶器铜板使用寿命和提高钢坯品质,使用新型热喷涂技术制备了表面保护涂层,并使用扫描电镜、高温硬度计、高温摩擦磨损试验机等对热喷涂涂层和镍电镀层的微观组织和性能进行了深入研究。试验结果表明:热喷涂涂层比镍电镀层具有更为优异的综合性能,高温显微硬度约为镍电镀层的4倍,高温耐磨性能约为镍电镀层的5倍。因此,随着结晶器长边铜板热喷涂技术的突破,绿色环保热喷涂技术将会逐步替代传统电镀技术。In order to increase the service life-span of continuous casting mold (CCM) and improve the quality of steel bloom, the surface coatings were prepared by thermal spraying and the properties were studied. The results show : comparing to Ni electroplate coating, thermal spraying coatings have the excellent wear resistance and the good adhesion strength et al. As a result, life-span of the CCM is improved significantly. Because of cleanliness without pollution and high performance-cost ratio, thermal spraying must have wide development and application range.
