摘 要:目的:通过检测慢性乙型肝炎患者干扰素(IFN)治疗前后HBV DNA前C区1896位变异,探讨其与IFN治疗之间的关系。方法:采用PCR-RFLP法检测慢性乙型肝炎患者前C区1896位变异,观察IFN治疗前后变异株的变化及IFN疗效。结果:200例慢性乙型肝炎患者IFN治疗前变异株检出率为19%,IFN治疗后未检出新出现的变异株;变异株、野毒株感染的慢性乙型肝炎患者IFN治疗有效率分别为60%与50%,均显著高于对照组(P=0.007,P<0.001),变异株、野毒株感染的慢性乙型肝炎患者IFN治疗有效率比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论:IFN治疗无诱导前C区1896位变异的作用;干扰素治疗变异株病毒感染的慢性乙型肝炎有效,其近期疗效与野毒株感染的慢性乙型肝炎基本相同。Objective:To detect hepatitis B virus pre-core region 1896 site mutation in cases of chronic hepatitis B and investigate its relationship with IFN treatm-ent. Methods: The hepatitis B virus pre-core region 1896 site mutation was detected in 200 patie-nts with chronic hepatitis B, the changes of hepatitis 13 virus variant after IFN treatment and the of IFN were also observed. Results:The mutation rates before interferon treat-ment were 19% in 200 patients with chronic hepatitis B. After treatment,the effective rates were 60% and 50% in patients with Chronic Hepatitis B and virus Infection,respeetly. The effective rates in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P〈0. 001). There was no difference in the effective rates of IFN treatment between patients with Chr-onic Hepatitis B virus infection and patients with virus infection(P〉 0.05). Conclusions:IFN therapy was not correlated with genomic variability of the pre-core region, using IFN was a not only for cases with virus infection but also for cases with virus infection.
