摘　　要：为达到我国全社会节能目标,必须大力提倡建造乡村节能住宅。建立乡村节能建筑墙体保温体系的评估体系,评价保温体系在实际应用中的经济性。不仅每年可节省大量能源,还可以显著提高农民的居住环境,使农民尽快达到小康生活水平。To achieve the goal of energy saving throughout the entire society in our country, the building of the energy-saving rural residence must be greatly advocated. An assessment system of the wall insulation system of the energy-saving rural residence is created to evaluate the economic value of the insulation system in practical applications, which not only saves a lot of energy each year, but also remarkably improves the living environment of peasants, making them achieve well-off living standard as soon as possible.
