摘　　要：提出通过组建股份制公司,利用多种筹资渠道,运用多种筹资手段,汇集国内、国际市场的各种资金,以满足城市轨道交通建设巨大的耗资需求;同时,实行项目法人负责制,进行综合开发,实现城市轨道交通建设投资的回报。In Consideration of the enormous capital demands in MRT construction, the author argues that a MRT limited company shall be set up for the collection of capital through various ways. And also, the corporation of the MRT construction shall be responsible for the paying back of the investment.
