摘 要:在"中国力学虚拟人"模型库中选择L4-L5基本功能单元,对新型的Maverick型人工椎间盘假体进行了生物力学研究。在相同的边界条件和加载作用下比较正常组和假体植入后椎体皮质骨、松质骨上的应力变化,比较L4和L5两椎体间的相对运动范围和小关节上受力变化。其结果从生物力学角度证实了Maverick型假体可以重建椎间盘高度,满足椎体间相对运动的要求。但由于假体材料属性与椎体骨组织的属性相差很大,假体植入后会引起椎体骨应力的改变,增加小关节的受力,因此其远期的疗效还需要通过随访进一步研究。The biomechanics characters of Marverick artificial disk was investigated. The intact basic function unit was selected from the model data of "mechanical virtual human of China". The nature disk was replaced with Maverick disk to construct the artificial disk unit. The changes of stress distribution on cortical bone and cancellous bone, the range of motion between L4 and L5 and the force acted on facet joint were compared between the intact group and the artificial disk implantation under the same boundary condition and loading. From the biomechanical viewpoint, the Maverick disk was validated to meet the demands of constructing the disk height and range of motion between vertebrae. However the stress contribution on cortical and cancellous bone was changed and the force on facet joint was increased because of the great difference of materials between bone tissue and artificial materials. Therefore, the long term curative effect should be further followed up and investigated.
