摘 要:背景:目前国内外学者对如何回收再利用烤瓷合金废旧料及是否添加新合金问题上存在争议。其中镍铬烤瓷合金在真空加氩气保护的环境下反复铸造后金瓷结合力的变化报道较少。目的:观察反复铸造对镍铬烤瓷合金金瓷结合力的影响。设计、时间及地点:观察实验,于2008-06/08分别在福建医科大学附属口腔医院技工室、武汉大学口腔医学院口腔生物医学工程教育部重点实验室、福建医科大学神经生物研究中心完成。材料:镍铬烤瓷合金为UNIMETALVH,SHOFUCo.,Japan产品,烤瓷粉为VINTAGE,SHOFUCo.,Japan.产品。方法:根据ISO9693标准,用三点弯曲试验测试在氩气保护真空加压铸造环境下分别经过1~5次铸造后的镍铬烤瓷合金的金瓷结合力,并采用单因素方差分析对其进行统计分析。观察试件被加载至瓷层完全剥脱后,试件金属基底表面形貌及脱落瓷的形态。主要观察指标:试件加载后金瓷开裂瞬间的力值,瓷层剥脱后的金属表面形貌及瓷层剥脱后的瓷表面形貌。结果:分别经过1~5次铸造后的镍铬烤瓷合金的金瓷结合力之间差异无显著性意义(P=0.164)。体式显微镜下可见剥脱的瓷层完整无破裂,试件金属基底瓷层剥脱面呈毛玻璃样。结论:镍铬烤瓷合金在真空加氩气保护铸造条件下分别经过1~5次铸造后,金瓷结合力无显著性下降。BACKGROUND: How to recover and recycle waste and scrap of ceramic alloy and whether new alloy should be added up remain controversial. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of recasting on bonding strength of porcelain fused to a Ni-Cr ceramic alloy. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: An observational study was performed at Department of Dental Technology, Affiliated Hospital of Stomatology, Fujian Medical University, Oral Biomedical Laboratory of the Ministry of Education, School of Stomatology, Wuhan Medical University, and Research Centre of Neural Biology, Fujian Medical University from June to August 2008. MATERIALS: Ni-Cr ceramic alloy was provided by UNI METAL VH, SHOFU Co., Japan, and ceramic cement was provided by VINTAGE, SHOFU Co., Japan. METHODS: According to ISO 9693, the bonding strength of the porcelain fused to the nickel-chromium ceramic alloys which had been recast from 1 to 5 times under the circumstance of vacuum compressive casting with argon was tested in the three-point test. The testing results were taken into statistic analysis. The morphology of the specimen metal bases was observed after the porcelain layers of specimen fell completely by loaded. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Bonding strength of the porcelain, morphology of specimen after the porcelain layers fell completely. RESULTS: There were no statistical differences in the bonding strength of the porcelain fused to the nickel-chromium ceramic alloys recast from 1 to 5 times (P=-0.164). Porcelain layers were stripped overall without damage, and the surface of the specimen metal bases where the porcelain layers were stripped presented the characteristic of frosted glass in stereo microscope observation. CONCLUSION: Within the limitations of this study, there was no significant decrease in the bond strength of the porcelain fused to the nickel-chromium ceramic alloys recast through 1 to 5 times under the circumstance of vacuum compressive casting with argon.
