摘  要:目的探讨南宁市肠出血性O157大肠埃希氏菌人感染、动物和媒介昆虫带菌状况。方法2008年所采集的腹泻病人粪便、动物粪便和苍蝇等标本,经处理后接种mEC肉汤增菌,先用免疫胶体金标法做初筛,阳性标本用免疫磁珠浓缩目标菌,划线接种CHROMagarO157显色琼脂平板,纯化后进行血清学诊断,然后集中进行系统生化鉴定和毒力检测等。结果共检测1083份标本,检出10株O157大肠埃希菌,总阳性率为0.92%,其中猪粪便为9.38%,牛粪为4.00%,苍蝇为4.35%,鸡粪为0.49%,腹泻病人粪便和鸭粪均未能出O157大肠埃希菌,部分标本中检出与O157大肠埃希菌有相关抗原的致病性大肠埃希菌(EPEC)和未能定型的大肠埃希氏菌;对所检出10株O157菌做SLT1、SLT2、eaeA、hly44种毒力基因的检测,发现3株菌(同一猪场的1份猪粪便和2份苍蝇中检出)eaeA+hly44阳性,未见含有SLT1SLT2基因,其他菌株SLT1SLT2eaeAhly44均为阴性。结论南宁市养殖场部分动物体携带有一定程度致病力的0157大肠埃希菌,并已造成了周围环境污染,威胁人们的生命健康,提示加强宿主动物0157大肠埃希菌监测和研究是防止未来大流行的关键。Objective To understand the status of E.coli O157 infection in humans, animal and vectors in Nanning City. Methods Various samples including feces from diarrhea patients and animals and fly samples were collected in 2008, identified and tested for virulence. Results There 10 E.coli O157 strains were isolated from 1 083 samples with a total positive rate of 0.92%. The positive rates of the of samples from pig,cattle,fly were 9.38%,4.00% ,4.35%. E.coli O 157 was not detected from diarrhea patients and duck night soils. Test of SLT1, SLT2,eaeA and hly toxic genes of the 10 strains showed that 3 E.coli O 157 strains (2 strains from flies and 1 strains from pigs in the same farm) carried eaeA and hly genes and not carried SLT1 and SLT2 genes, the rest strains were negativefor SLT1 and SLT2. Conclusion There is E.coli O 157 with virulent gene in Nanning City. Thus effective monitoring work be carried out to protect the health of the local residents.
