经微量泵静脉注射乌拉地尔治疗高血压急症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨乌拉地尔微量泵静脉注射治疗高血压急症的疗效和安全性。方法对78例高血压急症患者用乌拉地尔50mg加入40ml液体中静脉微泵输注,监测并记录用药前及用药后5、10、30、60、120min血压(BP)、心率(HR)、伴随症状及不良反应。结果应用乌拉地尔后各时段BP较用药前均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而HR则无明显变化。结论乌拉地尔微量泵静脉注射治疗高血压急症,疗效确切,不良反应少。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of urapidil intravenous injected by micro-pump in treatment of hypertensive emergency patients. Methods There 78 cases with hypertensive emergency werereated wih 50rag urapidil by intravenous micro-pump. The blood pressure （BP）,heart rate （HR）,adverse reactions were monitored and recorded before administration and 5min,10min,30min,60min,120min after administration. Results Compared to that before administration,blood pressure were significantly decreased after administration, showing a significant difference. While there was no significant difference in the heart rate. Conclusion Urapidil intravenous injected by micro-pump is effective for treatment of hypertensive emergency with fewer adverse reactions.
