摘　　要：目的探讨胶原敷料治疗化妆品接触性皮炎的临床疗效。方法选择急性和亚急性化妆品接触性皮炎患者66例,随机分为两组,分别应用胶原敷料与绿药膏治疗。结果胶原敷料实验组有效例数为34例,有效率94.4%,对照组有效例数为12例,有效率为40.0%,t检验两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胶原敷料可用于治疗化妆品接触性皮炎,并且疗效较确切。Objective To explore clinical effect of collagen dressing on cosmetic contact dermatitis. Methods There 36 acute and subacute cosmetic contact dermatitis cases were treated with collagen dressing and the results were compared with controls. Results The effective rate in collagen dressing group was 94.4% higher than that of the control group （40.0%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Collagen dressing is effective for treatment of cosmetic contact dermatitis.
