摘  要:设计了用盐酸法处理废旧硬质合金粉,双回收高纯度金属钴和碳化钨的工艺,并采用液相还原法一步制备金属钴,是一种工艺简单、能耗少、成本低、污染小的新工艺。研究考察了盐酸浓度、反应时间、温度对钴浸出量的影响,并对回收的金属钴和碳化钨进行了XRD、SEM等表征,结果表明得到的金属钴为粒径0.2~0.55μm的球形微粒,碳化钨为质地疏松易于球磨的颗粒,且两种回收物的纯度较高。A process of double recovery of cobalt and tungsten carbide from hard alloy powder has been designed, and the cobalt was prepared by a liquid phase reduction method. It is a simple and reliable technology with economical investment lower cost, lower energy consumption and less pollution. Effect of paraments such as concentration of HC1, treatment time and treatment temperature was explored. The recycled cobalt and tungsten carbide was analyzed by XRD and SEM. After recovery treatment, the particle size of Co was 2-5μm, and WC body become very brittle and pulverized easily by ball milling.
