摘　　要：该文以辽宁省农业科学院为例,对农业科研事业单位会计人才队伍的现状进行了分析,指出了会计人才队伍存在的问题和不足,并提出加强会计人才队伍建设的途径。Take the Liaoning Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences as example, this paper analyze the current situation of accounting personnel in scientific research institutions of agriculture, identifies the problems and deficiencies among them, and then proposes the method for strengthen human resource construction.
