摘　　要：磷石膏制硫酸联产水泥充分回收利用了其中的硫和钙资源,是磷石膏综合利用的途径之一,但工艺流程长、操作控制要求高。介绍了该技术的生产原理、工艺过程和主要工艺指标,分析了石膏生料的煅烧特点、配料原则,以及对还原剂焦炭或煤的质量要求,针对生产中出现的半水石膏结库现象严重、窑内结圈、产生升华硫等问题,提出了解决办法,还介绍了技改挖潜、增产降耗所采取的措施。认为要树立整体观念,搞好原料与回转窑、回转窑与硫酸生产之间的关系,严把原料、燃料质量关,严格、精心配料;指出加强设备管理,提高设备运转率,确保回转窑运行处于最佳状态,是装置稳定生产的基础。Combined production of sulfuric acid and cement from phosphogypsum sufficiently recovers and utilizes the sulfur and calcium resources,which is one of the ways for comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum,however,the process flow is long,and the operating control requirements are high.The production principle,process flow and main process indicators of the technology are outlined,the calcinations characteristics and mixing principles for raw gypsum are analyzed,as well as the quality requirements for the reducing agent coke or coal.For problems occurred during the production,such as serious caking of semi-hydrated gypsum,sticking in the kiln,and generation of sublimed sulfur,solutions are proposed.Measures for technical revamp,expansion of capacity,and reduction of energy consumption are also outlined.It is necessary to consider the overall situation,properly balance the relationship between the raw material and rotary kiln,rotary kiln and sulfuric acid production,strictly control the quality of raw material and fuel,and strictly and carefully mix the materials;it is pointed out that the basis for stable production of the plant is to strengthen equipment management,increase the equipment operating rate,and it is made sure that the rotary kiln operation is at the optimum state.
