摘　　要：简要介绍了我国食品冷链物流发展现状,在分析国内外相关标准体系的基础上,指出严格规范食品冷链物流操作,完善管理制度是保障食品在物流过程中安全的关键,我国亟待建立适合自身的食品冷链物流标准化体系。Introduced the status of food cold chain logistics in China. standard system of food cold chain logistics overseas, it＇ s pointed out that logistics is managing the cold chain work strictly. The right standard system of is urgent in China.
