摘　　要：南方红豆杉为国家一级重点保护野生植物,现已处于濒危状态。它是集材用、药用、观赏、绿化于一体的珍稀树种,因其含有天然抗肿瘤成分紫杉醇而备受瞩目。近年来,南方红豆杉的研究成为热门课题,关于其各个方面都有较多的文献报道,该文从南方红豆杉的生物学特性、化学成分、药理作用、繁殖技术等方面对国内外研究新进展进行了综述。Taxus chinensis var. Mairei, the wild plants on the national level for the protection, is in severe danger and is a kind of precious tree species with timber use, medicinal, ornamental, greening. Bacause it contains the natural anticancer drug paclitaxel, it focuses on the attention of world. In recent years, Taxus chinensis becomes a hot topic of research, its various aspects are more reported in the literature. This article reviews the progress of new studies at home and abroad in several aspects, such as the bionomics, chemical composition, pharmacologic action, reproductive technology.
