摘 要:目的研究经典药对远志-石菖蒲配伍对单味药材指标成分的影响。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定远志、石菖蒲及远志-石菖蒲药对远志皂苷元和α-细辛醚的含量。色谱柱为Shimadzu VP-ODS柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);远志皂苷元的流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸水溶液(43∶57),检测波长为205nm;α-细辛醚的流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸水溶液(52∶48),检测波长为257nm。结果远志、远志-石菖蒲中远志皂苷元含量分别为0.392%和0.297%,石菖蒲、远志-石菖蒲中α-细辛醚含量分别为0.0605%和0.0629%。结论远志-石菖蒲配伍后,药对中远志皂苷元的含量显著降低,而α-细辛醚的含量变化不明显。Objective To research the compatibility regularity of the matched pair of Polygala tenuifolia Willd. and Acorus tatarinowii Schott. Methods The mobile phase of senegenin was acetonitrile- 0. 05% phosphoric acid(43 : 57), the detective wavelength was 205 nm; the mobile phase of α-asaricin was acetonitrile-0. 05% phosphoric acid(52:48), the detective wavelength was 257 nm. The flow rate was about 1 mL/min, and the Shimadzu VP- ODS (150 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) column was used. Results The contents of senegenin in Polygala tenuifolia Willd. and the matched pair of Polygala tenuifolia Willd. and Acorus tatarinowii Schott were 0. 392% and 0. 297% respectively; the contents of α- asaricin in Acorus tatarinowii Schott and the matched pair of Polygala tenuifolia Willd. and Acorus tatarinowii Schott were 0. 060 5% and 0. 062 9% respectively. Conclusion After the match of Polygala tenuifolia Willd. and Acorus tatarinowii Schott, the content of matched pair was decreased obviously, but there was not obviously change of α- asaricin.
