摘　　要：目的优选风湿灵胶囊的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以出膏率和龙胆苦苷含量为评价指标,确定合理的醇提工艺。结果最佳醇提工艺为10倍量70%乙醇提取2次,每次1.5h。结论优选得到的工艺稳定可行。Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Fengshiling Capsule. Methods The proper extracting condition was optimized by orthogonal tests with the paste rates and gentiopicrin contents as indexes. Results The proper alcohol extracting condition was adding 70% alcohol with 10 times amount of raw herb, extracting 2 times with 1.5 h each time. Conclusion The optimized process is stable and feasible for the extraction.
