摘　　要：目的制备复方莫西沙星栓并建立其质控方法,观察其临床疗效。方法用热熔法制备样品,用高效液相色谱法测定主药含量,并与九华痔疮栓对比观察临床疗效。结果所制备的栓剂外观光滑细腻,主药含量准确,临床总有效率为86.67%。结论复方莫西沙星栓处方设计合理,制备简便,质量可控,疗效确切,值得推广。Objective To prepare Compound Moxifloxacin Suppositories, to establish the quality control mode and to observe its clinical curative effect. Methods The hotmelt method was used to prepare the sample and the HPLC method was adopted to determine the content of principal agent. The clinical curative effects were observed and compared with Jiuhua Hemorrhoid Suppositories as control. Results The appearance of Compound Moxifloxacin Suppositories is smooth. The content of principal agent is accurate. The rate of clinical curative effect was 86. 67%. Conclusion The formulation of Compound Moxifloxacin Suppositories is reasonable with simple preparation process, controllable quality and definite curative effect. This product deserves to spread.
