摘　　要：大学的科学研究不仅担负着发现知识的重要使命,而且在培养人才的过程中也发挥着不可或缺的作用。在大学中的科学研究发生了很大变化,出现了"研究漂移"现象的今天,探讨如何正确认识、充分发挥科学研究在培养创新型人才中的作用,显得尤为必要。发挥科学研究在培养创新型人才中的作用,首先需要将科学研究活动引入人才培养过程,使人才培养具有研究性;其次需要将人才培养活动引入科学研究过程,即让学生直接参与研究,在研究过程中培养创新意识,养成创新方法,提高创新能力。Scientific research in universities not only serves the vital mission of expanding our knowledge base,but also plays an indispensable role in cultivating talents.As great changes,for example,the emergence of 'research drift',have taken place in scientific research in universities recently,it's certainly necessary for us to get a thorough understanding of the role scientific research plays in cultivating innovative talents,and the ways to bring its role into full play.To integrate scientific research and innovative talent cultivation,the former firstly need to be introduced into the latter,so that talent cultivation would turn into an investigative and exploratory process.Secondly,talent cultivation also need to be introduced into scientific research;that is,let students get directly involved in research so as to foster their innovative spirit,help them master innovation methods and enhance their innovative capacity.
